Why Milk Machine Cleaning is Important

In our country, mobile milking machine cleaning is not done sufficiently or is not known . Sometimes, attempts are made to clean it by disassembling and assembling it using wrong methods or using household detergents. This situation causes the machines to malfunction quickly, the milk to be of poor quality, to be contaminated with germs, to go rancid quickly, and to the machines that contain germs to even make animals sick. Portable milking machines should be washed as recommended with appropriate disinfectant as described below.

After milking with portable milking carts, at least 10 liters of water should be calculated for each milking cluster in each round of washing. First, a pre-wash should be done with 10 liters of warm water, and lastly, the jug should be shaken and poured with the water collected in the jug.

Then proceed to the main washing. For each milking cluster,medicated water is prepared in a container by adding 10 liters of hot (50-60 degrees) water and half a tea glass ofAlkali Based Machine Cleaning Disinfectant .The milking clusters are dipped into this container and sucked into the milk. Shaking the medicated water in my jug. It is poured back into the container and this process is repeated at least 2-3 times with recirculation. Circulating the medicated water through the heads over and over again in this way. It will increase the effectiveness of the cleaning. Then, a final rinse is made with cold water.
