Return Policy
You can return or exchange the products you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, stating the reason, without damaging or using them or impairing the resalability of the product. In order to return the product, you must comply with the return conditions below. Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.
- The return or exchange period is seven (7) days.
- You can send us an e-mail from our Contact Us page or call us at 0555 880 0 933, stating the reason for your return or exchange request.
- The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with its invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- Nutritional accessories, books, CDs, etc. that may become unhygienic cannot be returned or exchanged.
- When sending the product to our address with the cargo company, the original box should be kept in a way that it will not be damaged.
- Shipping costs for returns belong to the customer. Shipments with counterparty payment will not be accepted.
- The refund will be made to your credit card within five (5) business days after we receive the product's original box and invoice. The refund period for purchases made with money is between 5-25 business days.
- Returns in our store are made only on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
