1.Shipment

Except for products specified as express shipment, if your order arrives outside working hours, it will be loaded in the first two working days following the order. In order for the products to be shipped to you, you must complete the necessary payment transactions for the products.

2.Privacy

All your orders are in safe and discreet packages. The courier or cargo company carrying the product does not know the content of the product. Only necessary information is written on the box of your products.

3. Where the Cargo is Waiting and Time for Return

If you are not at the address when the cargo arrives, do not worry. The address of the place where you need to pick up your cargo will be left as a note on your door. If you do not receive your cargo, your order will be returned to us approximately one week later.

4.Delivery and Pricing

When you order your products, the system will automatically show you shipping fee information during shopping, depending on the product you purchased and the region you are in, and the shipping fee will be collected from you and delivered to you in accordance with our company's agreement with the contracted cargo company. We can offer free shipping service according to certain periods and campaigns.
